The Construction Completion Ceremony for TCT Group Nanchang plant D building

Nanchang plant completed the construction of D building on 2023/11/20 and held a worship ceremony with gratitude for everything is smooth under construction during the world pandemic.

The D building construction was on schedule .

The D building is a one floor building, with plant area 3,500㎡, which is equal to 1,058.75 pin, 37,680.91 sq, with high ceiling 6M. This building will contribute a lot in production TCT cutting tools.

2023 TPCA Show

2023 TPCA show was held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall from 2023/10/25-2023/10/27. One of the themes of this year TPCA Show was [Materials/ Chemicals]

TCT Group exhibited a full range of new products in conjunction with TPCA show, including [PVD coated tools], and [CVD diamond coated tools], which can not only solve the problem of tool breakage but also extend the tool life to at least 10 times to more than 10 times. It will beneficially help customers to reduce production costs and significantly increase production capacity and yield.

TCT Group will continue to expand in overseas and strategically form alliances with industry leaders to fully meet the different needs of customers in various regions in a timely manner.

Groundbreaking Ceremony for a new building expansion project in Malaysia

The auspicious time on 2023/9/25, TCT Group CEO, Ms. Lilly Tao, heading with TCT’s Taiwanese and Malaysia employees, and the guests from Perak State EXCO for Tourism, Investments, Industries and Corridor Development Malaysia, Architect, Electrician, total around 60 persons, held a worship ceremony to pray for the new building construction work is safe and smooth.

TCT Malaysia plant is the 1st overseas company in TCT Group which has been already set up for over 30 years, focusing on producing PCB tools and repoint. In order to meet the global PCB demand, TCT Group has decided to have this expansion project in Malaysia Plant to increase the production capacity and service to overall customers.

The new building construction work is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2024 which will become an important production location in South East Asia in TCT Group.

TPCA show was held on 2022/10/26-2022/10/29 in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall.

TCT presented DIA diamond coated tools in TPCA show. The DIA coated tools can increase tool life and lower the manufacturing cost for customers.

2022 KPCA show

Korea PCB exhibition, The International Electronic Circuits and Packaging Show (KPCA Show 2022) was held in 2022/9/21 to 2022/9/23 in Songdo Convensia, Korea.

The exhibition was designed to display not just PCBs but technology from various fields, such as robotics, materials, and equipment. The consumption of Server and BGA boards will be increased in the market.

2021 TPCA SHOW

TPCA SHOW was held on 2021/12/21-2021/12/23 in Taipei NANGANG EXHIBITION CENTER. There are over 600 PCB industry brands attended in the show which have established a most benchmarking exhibition in Taiwan.

2021 JPCA SHOW

Under the world pandemic COVID-19, JPCA show was postponed and finally was held on 2021/10/27-2021/10/29 in Tokyo Big Sight.

Basically business is busy. Package is very busy, PSB is also busy. Market demand is strong, however it's quite unstable because of some parts shortage.

2021 KPCA SHOW

KPCA show was held in 2021/10/6-2021/10/8 at Songdo, Incheon, Korea. Under the whole world pandemic, COVID-19, there were only 105 exhibitors attend the show.

KPCA show was focus on the “PACKAGE” related materials, and this will become the trend in Korean market.

2021 CPCA SHOW

The CPCA SHOW in 2021 finally was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center from 7/7/2021 to 7/9 2021. Affected by the pandemic COVID-19, the visitors were less; however, compared with the severe epidemic last year, the visitors increased. Most of the PCB manufacturers came from all over the country.

CPCA show is sponsored by the China Electronic Circuits Association and is the premier annual event in the PCB industry in China. Therefore, many customers from all over the country and abroad visit the Shanghai exhibition. In addition to looking for partners, they will also use this experience to find more innovative equipment and technology.

2020 TPCA SHOW

TPCA show was held on 2020/10/21-2020/10/23 in Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall, “5G, Intelligent, Safety” is the theme of the show.

TPCA Show this year is a special exhibition for the new PVD coating tool-TCR series, and diamond coating tool-DIA series and other related new products. The TCR series can effectively solve the problem of a significant reduction in the life of uncoated tools on halogen-free plates or other high-hardness materials. The TCR tool life is 1.5 to 3 times compared to the uncoated tools; while the DIA series is used in high-hardness plate processing. Generally, it is at least 10 life times compared to the uncoated tools, which is very in line with the urgent needs of the PCB/BGA market to reduce costs, to help customers saving considerable costs and to reduce the burden on the environment.

TCT CIRCUIT SUPPLY was set up in Aug. 2015 which is one of the TCT Group subsidiaries. With the continuously sales growing every month, the space in Anaheim facility, among the TCT CIRCUIT SUPPLY three locations, was limited for sales expansion. Therefore TCT Group decided to buy a new building, 16534 sqft, in Placentia, CA in Jan. 2018 in stead of Anaheim facility for TCT CIRCUIT SUPPLY.
